Since I am an out-of-network provider with insurances, I am happy to submit a superbill on your behalf and have any reimbursement sent to you by your insurance or I can provide a monthly superbill to you if you prefer to submit it yourself. Please contact your insurance prior to our appointment to determine you Out-Of-Network benefits. You will still be responsible to pay the full fee for service up front. Superbills for most PPO plans and some EPO plans. Superbills are a receipt of services paid for with a diagnosis. The amount that you get back varies and depends on your specific plan. Some people get half or even full coverage using superbills. You may need to meet your deductible before you get the reimbursement, but submitting the superbills go toward your deductible.
*Please be aware that using a superbill means that you will have a diagnosis on your insurance, which may or may not have consequences in the future for you.

The first session is a great time for me to get to know you and what you’re struggling with. It’s an opportunity for each of us to ensure that we’re a good fit. If either of us decides that we’re not a good fit, I’m happy to provide referrals to therapists in town that I trust.
Children and Adolescent
If the client is the child, the first initial appointment will be with the parent(s) only to gather information regarding concerns related to child and any relevant information that parent(s) wish to share without the child present.
I am available to provide consultation for other Mental Health Professionals who work with children/adolescents. While I am currently not an RPT-S (Registered Play Therapist Supervisor), I am open to consulting with you in regards to play therapy and application of play therapy with children.
